Users with an account:
• Will have account data (like their email address) collected
• Will NOT have their account data used for marketing/advertising
• Will have their data processed by Supabase to keep it secure

All users:
• Can email tech@evcapsule.com with questions about how their data is used.
• Will NOT have their data sold to or shared with anyone else
• Can NOT view other users' private data

This service, https://evcapsule.com and mobile application "EV Capsule", does NOT collect any information ("data") about users who do NOT register ("sign up") for an account with EV Capsule. If a user signs up for an account, EV Capsule collects data about the user and information that makes the user identifiable ("personal information"). The personal information that EV Capsule collects only includes the user's email address.

All data and personal information that is collected by EV Capsule is processed by a third party, Supabase Inc. ("Supabase"). Data that is collected by EV Capsule and processed by Supabase is NOT subject to Supabase's privacy notice ("Supabase's privacy policy").

Users may request details about the disclosure ("sharing") of personal information to third parties. Users may also request for their data and personal information to be deleted. Users can make these requests by contacting tech@evcapsule.com.

The data and personal information that is collected by EV Capsule is NOT sold or disclosed ("shared") to any third party that is NOT specified ("listed") in this privacy notice ("privacy policy").
